What we do!

Once upon a time, long before pinterest, I created a dream wedding for myself and my wonderful husband! Some of my ideas were raved about by my guests for months! Our cow pasture, turned wedding became a popular venue in Graham, WA and is still running today!

I saw how much time, energy, and determination it took to make the wedding come true and I didn’t want my fellow brides to pay anymore than they had to for their own decor. So I started what is now Rainier Event Rentals with 12 mason jars and 12 shepherd hooks!

The demand for tables and chairs came later, but quickly escalated to hundreds! After fine tuning around the year 2020, we have rebranded from Rustic Receptions and changed our name to a more regional, less niche name, Rainier Event Rentals LLC. And now here we are!

Our commitment is simple: have the best inventory to fit your needs!

We moved from Graham to Eatonville and are here to serve the South Pierce County area!
