Great service! I called fairly last minute for table and chair rental and they were able to deliver and pick up the tables after without issue. The tables and chairs were great quality and worked perfect for the event. They were responsive and easy to work with I will use again in the future if needed 🙂

The folks at Rainier Event Rentals are TOP NOTCH! I will never hesitate to use or recommend them. We just wrapped up a HUGE event and while this was not something they could cover in its entirety, they helped us when our original company backed out at the last minute. They made sure that our attendees had safe amounts of shade throughout the event and went above and beyond to do so.

Set up and delivery was amazing. The team went above and beyond for the event, an open house for our daughter's graduation, on a rainy day. So many compliments on the tent, lights, and appearance. We will use Rainier Event Rentals again! She went above and beyond to order panels with windows to allow light in the tent.

Erin at Rainier Event Rentals was awesome! She delivered to our event on a different day than they normally schedule due to our date of the scheduled event. This is BY FAR the BEST Tent Rental company out there! They might be a smaller company, but they are MIGHTY! They stepped up when another company left us high and dry and helped us work out tent coverage, plus, for our large event. We can not say enough great things about these folks. Great values, great ethics. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
