I highly recommend Rainier Rentals for events and parties. For the past 2 years I have rented tables and chairs from Rainier Rentals for my annual party. Erin provides excellent customer service. She drops off the chairs and tables and picks them up. This saves a huge amount of time. Erin is professional and friendly. I will be using this company again.

This is BY FAR the BEST Tent Rental company out there! They might be a smaller company, but they are MIGHTY! They stepped up when another company left us high and dry and helped us work out tent coverage, plus, for our large event. We can not say enough great things about these folks. Great values, great ethics. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is the third time I have rented clean tables and chairs for my annual party from Erin of Rainier Event Rentals. Erin's customer service is exceptional! She is friendly, dependable and helpful. When it was forecasted to rain, I was able to rent a large canopy tent from her on short notice. She set it up for me. I liked it so much, I will rent it next year, rain or shine. Rainier Event Rentals takes stress off of hosting parties.

Erin at Rainier Event Rentals was awesome! She delivered to our event on a different day than they normally schedule due to our date of the scheduled event. Brought exactly what we needed and more and picked them up when she said she would. The tables and chairs were perfect for our special occasion. We can’t recommend her company enough! Thank you!!

Erin was very reliable and communicated well. It was perfect for our baby shower. She set up and tore down on time. I will definitely use them again. The tables did have linens but I don’t have a photo with them.

Hired Rainier Event Rentals for my wedding and Erin was wonderful! Everything showed up on time and was in great shape. The chairs and tents were spotless and worked great for our special day! And super nice people. 5 stars for sure. Great communication and service.

We rented 24 white chairs for a simple backyard wedding. They made the space feel beautiful and everyone was able to enjoy the ceremony comfortably. Renting was very easy and Erin was easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. The whole process was simple and the price was reasonable. It was so refreshing to work with a local business who is also responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!
