Yes! All of our items are cleaned upon return. We take pride in the cleanliness of our collection! We also inspect all of our items before they are sent out again. You can count on Rainier Event Rentals to have the quality you deserve!

We deliver to Eatonville, Ashford, Mineral, Roy, Yelm, Spanaway, Enumclaw, Bonney Lake, Buckley, Graham and Puyallup. If you don’t see your city, you can send in the quote anyway and we will determine if we have the truck and driver available for your city specific to your weekend. 

We deliver our chairs on carts and most of our tables are delivered on carts as well. A concrete pad is recommended for us to unload, however, we can unload on grass or gravel for an additional fee. Please note that delivery is to the back of the trailer, distance beyond 20 feet to the designated area may result in additional delivery fees as we have a strict delivery schedule the many events we deliver to! 

No, we are currently operating as delivery only. We do not have a staffed warehouse and do not have the inventory available for customers to pickup. Rest assured that we will give plenty of warning on delivery and pickup scheduling as well as an “on the way” text.

Set up and take down is an additional charge. Set up includes several phone meetings to discuss the space and layout of the tables and chairs with the possibility of a venue meeting.

Some items do include set up in their pricing such as the canopies, arbor, and barrel bar. 

We are at capacity for our inventory collections, but we do offer a Bridal Market called “The Graduated Bride” where graduated brides sell their left over items to newly engaged brides!
