Delivery Made Easy!
- Delivery is required and is calculated per mile from our warehouse in Eatonville, WA.
- Customer pickup is currently not available
- We schedule all standard deliveries between 9am and 5pm on the Friday before the event
- Delivery also includes the return of our truck on the Monday following the event between 9am and 5pm
- Delivery area is Pierce County Washington plus 1 town or up to 40 miles
- Events beyond 40 miles have a $1500 minimum order and are subject to our delivery schedule
- Items are unloaded and delivered within 20 feet from the trailer.
- Before the truck returns on Monday, place items in the same location as delivered to avoid clean up fees
- Certain requests such as late night deliveries, same day deliveries, time restrictive deliveries, and public parks are subject to additional fees and may not fit our delivery schedule. Please contact us if you have any special requests.

If your event is in Pierce County or the next town beyond, we will likely deliver your order. We charge $4 per mile up to 40 miles from Eatonville, WA. This includes delivery of tables and chairs on carts, unloading & reloading and the return trip to our warehouse in Eatonville. Locations beyond 40 miles require a $1500 minimum purchase and are subject to our schedule as to whether we will accept the order or refer you to another company.
You are responsible for using the items to make your event the best it can be!
We will unload and place the items in a safe spot, closest to the tailgate of our trailer. Please keep these rentals dry and protected during the weekend so many brides can enjoy their beauty! After your event and before our delivery crew returns, please return the rentals to the original place they were delivered.

We do not offer customer pickup at this time. Exceptions are sometimes made for small orders of decor, but tables and chairs are delivery only.
